Project Overview

The project proposes synthesizing layered double hydroxides and perovskites using Deep eutectic solvents (DEs), a green alternative that reduces energy requirements and regulates morphology. DEs is environmentally friendly and has cutting-edge properties, such as reducing water consumption, reducing acid requirements, and improving leaching selectivity. These materials are used as photocatalysts, electrochemical sensors, and energy storage devices. The materials undergo various characterization techniques and are expected to have multifunctional energy and environmental applications due to their structural attributes.
