Specifications are comparable with the commercially available machine around the world (b) Radio therapy is given by Cobalt-60 or LINAC machines. WHO has specified LINAC as a preferential treatment modality as compared to Cobalt therapy due to: - better depth does and skin sparing characteristics; - precise field definition; - actual dosimetry.
