A multi-purpose farm machinery suitable for small scale farming has been developed and is presently at the Technology Readiness Level of 5-6 and through this project it will be commercialized and reach the TRL of 8-9. The designed and developed multi-purpose device will be customized as per the requirement of the end uses. Russian Science and Technology inputs will be absorbed in the areas of automation, control and hydraulic systems of the device. Simulation and model analysis using suitable software will be another key input in the complete development phase where component wise analysis will make the device robust with respect to difficult end use situations like hilly terrains. The project also includes the component of training on the part of manufacturing the device and use of the newly developed multi-purpose mechanized agricultural tool. This training will help in developing the entrepreneurship towards commercial production of the developed device as well as the potential farmers will get the exposure of using this device. Different multi-location trials will be made for performance evaluation of the developed device.
