Project Overview

The main aim of the project is to develop an Integrated RF down converter chip using CMOS / Bi-CMOS technologies which can take input at L/ S/C/ X band and provide I and Q outputs for digital demodulation.

The project being undertaken by ISRO in collaboration with academia is directly or indirectly beneficial to the society.
