To study the role of the glycerol synthetic enzyme, Gpd1, in aggregation of mutant huntingtin in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, to study the role of the glycerol transporter, Fps1, in aggregation of mutant huntingtin in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and to study the effect of dietary restriction on aggregation of mutant huntingtin in Saccharomyces cerevisiae
