Project Overview

Cryptography is the study of safeguarding information and communication, with public key cryptography being a crucial part of modern systems. Primitive polynomials are fundamental mathematical components in cryptographic processes, ensuring data confidentiality, integrity, and validity. This project aims to explore and develop public key cryptosystems using primitive polynomials as their core. The project will examine the mathematical characteristics of primitive polynomials, create encryption and decryption techniques, construct a functional proof-of-concept implementation, conduct thorough security evaluations, and maintain a record of security studies, implementation specifics, algorithm specifications, and research findings. The research will contribute to the advancement of cryptography research and strengthen data security in critical domains like data confidentiality, secure messaging, and financial transactions.
