The title
The title of the project is: “Development of a magnetic sensor system using graphene Hall-effect device and CMOS Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)”. The ASIC implements a novel ambipolar gate modulation signal processing scheme which is uniquely applicable for graphene Hall-effect sensor (GHS). The ASIC provides bias and modulation signal for the GHS and amplifies and demodulates the sensor signal to achieve low-offset and low noise magnetic sensor performance.
