Project Overview
An affordable casting simulation package for small and medium scale foundries in India which is a multi-physics software product for prediction of fill related and solidification related defects during casting process of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys.
Benefits
Provides an insight to troubleshoot defective castings in production, and the foresight to prevent future problems from occurring. This helps in minimizing wastage of valuable production resources (material, energy, labour) and time consumed in shop-floor trials.
