A Delhi-based start-up, developed SCS technology, utilizes seamless connectivity service by BSNL, by which Government Android Apps will be able to send Push Notifications to consumers who do not have an active internet connection or even if they are in an area with poor data network coverage. The technology was evaluated by COVID-19 comprising of Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council, Department of Science & Technology, Department of Biotechnology, AGNIi, Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser, and AIM- NITI Aayog.
