The invention is useful for continuous wet cum dry grinding of ingredients for preparation of batter for idli and dosa, food materials which are used for preparation of snack food and other
adjuncts during large-scale preparation for mass feeding. The continuous wet cum dry grinding machine for foods can produce batter of rice, urdh dal and other spices used for the preparation
of pastes for sambar etc. The batter obtained using this device are uniform particle size and obtained in a continuous manner
