Specific killing of myeloid cancer cells and lymphoid cancer cells leaving other normal cells unaffected. Composition is administered through oral, intravenous, intramuscular or subcutaneous routes. Shorter treatment periods - Simplified method of extract preparation and purification of active ingredient from leaves or any other plant parts of Piper betel Small dose level ranging between 1 and 50 mg per kg body weight/day
