Osmotically dehydrated product are shelf stable,highly nutritious ,with good natural colour , flavor, and texture. Osmotically dehydrated pine apple is nearer to fresh fruit with enhanced nutritional quality and taste.product is safe and meets the FPO standards. 10-12 Kg of Ripe fruits required for making 1 kg of dehydrated slice.
