Project Overview

The identified solution involves creating paper sheets from jute waste of varying GSM, suitable for crafting paper bags, cartons, and various forms of packaging. An alpha prototype of a molded cup has also been developed. Additionally, the jute waste can be utilized for handmade paper and artisanal packaging, including molded tableware. The product is distinguished by its binder-free production process and eco-friendly pulping method, resulting in a sustainable, eco-friendly, and biodegradable end product.
