Project Overview

The proposal aims to develop helical/spiral thin films of BTO on glass using GLAD with a RF sputter system.The aim is also to develop GAD protocol for helica/spiral metal oxide films which will yield graded or sinusoidal refractive index and which will be scalable for larger substrate area
