Project Overview
The conceptual design of the machine is based on pneumatic extrusion of dough sheet followed by shaping the dough using slat cutter and a Teflon roller. All the contact parts of the unit are made of stainless steel. The unit is divided into three different sub assemblies i.e., the pneumatic extruder, continuously moving salt cutter and a return conveyor with a trough
