Fly Ash Soil Amendment Technology (FASAT)

Project Overview

A process for the production of fly ash based soil conditioner cum fertilizer that mixes fly ash in the range of 80 to 95 wt % with grounded phosphatic rock in the range of 3 to 10 wt % and potassium chloride in the range of 0.5 to 4.0 wt% with water under constant shaking to form a workable mixture; adding to the said workable mixture urea in the range of 0.5 to 5.0 wt % and humic acid in the range of 0.3 to 1.0 wt %, to obtain urea- hurnic acid slow release type formulation and adding bio fertilizer in the range of 0.15 to 0.35 wt % and discharging the resulting mixture at room temperature to obtain fly ash based soil conditioner cum fertilizer.
