A comprehensive solution for medication non-adherence and homecare needs for elderly that is patient-centric, easy to use, and effective in improving medication adherence rates. It will bridge the existing gap amongst different stakeholders of healthcare ecosystem through a single interface by its integrating with Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM).

At the patient level, improved medication adherence can enhance health outcomes and decrease overall healthcare costs. On the physician level, the platform supports easy Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA) screening, facilitates checking polypharmacy and drug allergy medical history, and enables telemedicine-based patient consultations. At the pharmacy level, the system promotes recurring customer relationships, reduces overstocking, and enhances pharmacy inventory management. On a broader scale, at the health system level, the platform contributes to reducing the misuse of medicines (thereby addressing antimicrobial resistance), establishes linkages with other national health programs like the National Program for the Health Care of the Elderly (NPHCE), and facilitates vaccination to optimize healthcare resource utilization.
