Project Overview
Digital Scribe which consists of a Web Interface used by the Doctors, along with Automatic Speech Recognition ASR and Natural Language Processing NLP models running in the backend which transform the doctor speech into documentation and datasets.
Benefits
EHRs reduce their clinical effectiveness. On an average 63 of the total time spent on a single patient goes towards EHR implementation. Implementing EHRs consumes valuable time, which could be spent on communicating with patients effectively and treating more patients.
