The microneedle-assisted patch comprises a microneedle array and a hormone reservoir. The microneedles puncture the epidermis, creating a direct path for hormone delivery to the subdermal layer, bypassing transdermal resistance.
Benefits
Reduction in unintentional pregnancies, abortions, and maternal and fetal mortalities. The product will improve family planning and better population control.
