Natural fibre and binder-based sound acoustic panel

Implementing Organization

Dinta Vaghasia and Sharayu Jorapur, Maharashtra

Project Overview

Our proposed solution involves the development of sustainable sound acoustic panels crafted from natural fibers and binders. The design incorporates a sandwich panel structure consisting of Medium-Density Particleboard (MPP) and porous materials, reinforced with a rigid backing. This innovative configuration allows the acoustic panels to effectively target a broadband frequency range, encompassing low to high frequencies. The use of eco-friendly materials and a thoughtful design not only ensures acoustic efficiency but also aligns with our commitment to sustainability in providing a solution for diverse sound management needs.

Benefits

Our acoustic panels address urban noise pollution, enhancing well-being in living and working spaces. Our eco-friendly manufacturing supports rural women communities, preserving traditional livelihoods. Introducing affordable sustainable panels, we contribute to corporate ESG goals and broader adoption of eco-friendly alternatives, aligning with SDGs.
