To develop an antioxidant rich drink that is affordable from nutmeg pericarp, which is rich in antioxidants (phenylpropanoids, lignans, neolignins), essential oils (monoterpene, myristin, safrole, aromatic ethers), crude fiber, ascorbic acid (vit C), pectin (prebiotic) etc.
