Project Overview

By conventional process, it is not possible to produce more than 95% fixed carbon from high grade graphite ore. It is due to coating of the graphite on the surface of the gangue particles and mechanical entrainment of gangue particles in the concentrate during the flotation.To get high purity graphite (more than 99% of carbon) both chemical leaching physical beneficiation process have been developed.
