This is a FDA approved drug for gout. Tablets are available with the Cadila. The same dose of tablets (0.5 mg) is propsoed to be used for COVID-19 trial. The clinical trial strategy for conducting Phase II clinical trial of colchicine along with a comparative arm of SoC, has been prepared.
