Sol-gel derived microporous alumina thin film capacitive sensor with fast response and recovery is prepared indigenously. Some of the features are:
1. Measuring Range of the sensor is from 1-95% RH
, 2. Accuracy is 1%
. 3. The temperature limits of usage are 10C-50C.
4. The response time is 8s.
