Study of atmospheric Carbon dioxide (CO2) and Methane (CH4) variabilities using satellite data and atmospehric chemistry transport model

Implementing Organization

Indian Institute of Technology Goa
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi

About

The aim of the project is to analyze the CO2 and CH4 variabilities obtained from the ongoing satellite missions and global Atmospheric Chemistry Transport Model (ACTM). It will further help in better understanding of surface fluxes over India in relation with the surrounding land and ocean regions.

Outcome / Output

The project being undertaken by ISRO in collaboration with academia is directly or indirectly beneficial to the society.
