The project aims to develop Reduced Order Models (ROMs) for meteorological applications. Further, it will develop prediction models using satellite data based on dynamic mode decompostion, application of the developed algorithm over complex weather phenomena .

The project being undertaken by ISRO in collaboration with academia is directly or indirectly beneficial to the society.
