The EYE-ON-PELLET system can be fitted with an existing palletization disc and generate the size distribution trend on a display panel. This size distribution trend is very useful for the operator to control the process parameters to maintain the desired size range and reduce recycling load. The system has been successfully field trialled in a number of industries in India and a patent related to this is filed in India.
