Project Overview
This is a non-invasive and non-pharmacological home treatment to manage knee pain by wearable knee brace through the simple controller system. Knee brace embedded with the four conductive electrodes red (660nm) and IR (880nm) LEDs to provide the IFT and light therapy around the knee joint. Knee brace connects with the controller to provide the target specification (0-150Hz- AMF, 0-20mA AC, different modes of LED’s emitting) for pain reduction. The output of the controller was compared with the existing devices through substantial equivalence.
