The programme focuses on determination of cell growth and viability in DNA transfection lipid mediated & Electroporation (Nucleofection), Hybridoma Technology (cell fusion), Immunofluorescence, Primary cell isolation, Mycoplasma detection (screening) and MTT Assay (cytotoxicity).
