This workshop aims to train and provide hands-on research skills to promising Masters and PhD students from universities and colleges in understanding the usage and application of flow Cytometry in addressing various experimental questions in the field of Biological Sciences. This workshop will cover basics of flow cytometry and its various applications that include, Multicolor Flow Cytometry and compensation, High-Speed Cell Sorting by MoFlo XDP, Live-dead as says, Calcium flux, protein phosphorylation etc.
