Alkaline proteases have found increasing application in detergent and leather industry. Product/Process: Production of Alkaline protease. Salient Technical Features: Alkaline protease is produced in batch fermentation in about 24 hrs using a Bacillus sp. The enzyme is recovered using centrifugation, ultra filtration and salt precipitation.
