The programme aims to make India a hub for development of affordable & effective biopharmaceutical products and aspires to create an enabling ecosystem to promote entrepreneurship and indigenous manufacturing in the sector. Launched in 2017, in collaboration with World Bank, it is meant for all biopharmaceutical entrepreneurs and will accelerate discovery research to early development for Biopharmaceuticals.
