Technology Development Board (TDB) and PHD Chambers of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) partnership are to scout for emerging technologies/ technological areas of National Importance such as Agribusiness and Food Processing, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals, Electric Mobility, Water and Waste to Energy, Automobiles and identify factors driving those. This partnership also developing policy frameworks for easy adoption of technology, upscaling, and manufacturing leading to its commercialization

Commercial enterprises companies incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 (excluding sole entrepreneur/sole proprietorship/partnership concerns) cooperatives and other agencies are eligible
