The program aims to provide opportunities for Indian Women Scientists, Engineers, and Technologists to undertake collaborative research and gain exposure to excellent research facilities at the international level.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Open to women scientists who have an on-going POWER Grant or POWER Fellowship of SERB.
2. The age limit for applying under this scheme shall be 57 years.
3. Applicant must submit a letter of support from the overseas host institution along with application.
1. Up-to 25 Mobility Grant per annum.
2. Travel: Selected scientist will be provided shortest route round-trip full lowest economy fare. Any additional cost would have to be borne by the scientist.
3. Per-diem (Subsistence Allowance): US $ 75 per day up-to a maximum of 3 months.
4. Accommodation: Equivalent to US $ 100 per day for the first one month (30days) and US $ 75 per day >30 days and up-to 3 months.
5. Contingencies and related travel cost: Allowance equivalent to US $ 250 is provided to cover the expenditure incurred towards visa fees, travel / medical insurance, airport transfers and other contingencies.
