Abstract

Elucidating the activation of autophagy during programmed cell death during fungal toxin exposure in BY2 cells, tracing the progression of autophagy in wild type and transgenic GFP tagged lines of BY-2 cell lines using biochemical assays and correlation of ROS homeostasis with it. Confirmation of hypothesis in Arabidopsis cell lines and Physcomitrella protenemal cells.
