Project Overview

To Identify the resistance sources of aphid in wheat from wide range of wheat varieties and ancestral species, evaluation of botanicals and biopesticides against major insect- pests of wheat To study the insect-pest dynamics in wheat crop grown under different tillage practices and development of strategies for their management, assessment of losses caused by major storage insect-pests, impact on grain and flour quality, and their management through grain protectants
