About
There is a need to develop millet as a cash crop by creating value from each part of the crop like grains, primary processing waste and agri waste. The project aims at development of products for human and animal consumption based on rigorous laboratory research complying with the quality control standard, demonstrated at pilot scale in real industrial environment TRL 7 and to make market ready business case using management scholarship. Local millets like Jawar, Bajara and Ragi will be taken for the present study
