Project Overview
The digital preservation of cultural heritage, particularly in temples, is crucial in today's digital era. New technologies, such as 3D computer models, have been developed to preserve these structures, providing information in a user-friendly format. This project aims to preserve the data and provide scientific information through a mobile app format. The use of VR and AR technologies in culture can expand horizons, support creativity, and improve the quality of life. The preservation of these musical pillars can also attract tourists seeking adventure, culture, history, archeology, and communication with locals. The project will record the acoustical characteristics of the pillars, analyze their shape, length, and superstructure, and develop a SHRI APP for easy access to their scientific and historical information.
