Project Overview
Central Government Institutes play a crucial role in India's growth, contributing to the country's 5 trillion-dollar economy. The Innovation and Entrepreneurship ecosystem at these institutes has provided numerous startup unicorns, making India the world's fastest-growing startup ecosystem. The Central University of Rajasthan (CURaj) is committed to developing an innovative and inclusive entrepreneurial environment in the Ajmer district. The university has established an Innovation Startup Cell and incubation center, which has guided 58 teams of students, community teams, and external teams. The iTBICURaj, an inclusive Technology Business Incubator, aims to support local startups in three key themes: holistic health and wellness, sustainable agriculture and microbial technology, and artificial intelligence. The iTBICURaj offers locational advantages, such as access to resources, networking opportunities, and experienced mentors, as well as access to funding sources.
