Project Overview
Protocol for large scale propagation of of selected pre-release hybrid of Hippeastrum using bulb scale explants (both single and twin scale )has been standardized. The tissue culture protocol developed would facilitate the breeding programmes aimed at developing improved varieties of Hippeastrum.
