About

Nutritional requirements of papaya cv. Coorg Honey Dew were worked out and a fertiliser dose of 250 g each of N and P2O5 and 500 g K2O/plant/year recorded the maximum fruit yield of 186 t/ha. Leaf nutrient standards were worked out for papaya including the leaf tissue for sampling. The recently matured leaf (6th leaf from top) was found to be optimum for leaf analysis
