Project Overview

A single process of dehairing and curing of the skin employing cyclic carbonate. This process maintains the moisture content of hides/skins around 60-65% which avoids the process of rehydration.

, Complete elimination of lime and sulfide from unhairing process
, Chosen cyclic carbonate and terpenes or derivatives thereof, source does not cause any structural changes to the skin/hide as well as to the collagen matrix
