Project Overview

Figs can be consumed as Jam for bread spread. It can also be used for the preparation of mixed fruit jam; fig squash can be used as a beverage after dilution with water in 1:3 ratio; Fig ready to serve beverage can be used as a thirst quencher. Mature fig fruits with bright colour and characteristic flavour will be used for the preparation of different processed products
