The design specification of five axis ?-milling machine is based on motion and positioning accuracy, dynamic stiffness and stability which are very much dependent on control system. The graphical user interface has been revamped for better interaction with machinist and easy navigation of menus. The user can use any commercial CAD/CAM software to generate the micro machining codes creating CAD model of the components and generate CNC codes using CAM software
