Act as a nutrient source: Serves as fertilizer, High K content is good for root and high P good for vegetative growth , Nutrient retention: CIM- absorb the nutrient and prevent them from erosion/leaching , Improved soil biological health: CIM- act as habitat for the microbe and improved the microbial health of degraded land, Act as a nutrient source: Serves as fertilizer, High K content is good for root and high P good for vegetative growth , Carbon sequestration: CIM-locks carbon in the soil, prevent off-gassing, and offsets GHGs from the atmosphere, Improved CEC: CIM-enhanced cation exchange capacity and increase plant growth.
