The present invention deploys usage of a device and a continuous process for extracting the juice, a pulp or a liquidized material which is nutrient dense. The device comprises of the plurality of motorized specially shaped blade with plurality of spikes carved on four legs of blade. Spikes which are present on blades help to grasp the fruit or vegetable, direct it to crushing module, as well as facilitate efficient cleaning. Dimensions of spikes are kept optimum approximately 5-7mm radius to provide maximum grasping force.

The device is suitable for extraction of the juice from hard and soft fruits with complex fibrous nature, for example Cashew apple, Orange, Pineapple, Watermelon, Grapes etc and Vegetables for example Ginger, Carrot, Radish etc.
