This approach ensures the creation of an eco-friendly, healthy, and nutritious product. Additionally, the initiative goes beyond conventional offerings by introducing disease-specific health supplements to the market. This innovation is achieved through a distinctive blend of Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB), herbs sourced from Northeast India, and whey. Moreover, the project strives to generate livelihood opportunities, fostering sustainable means for dairy and organic farmers. Their active involvement in whey collection and sourcing medicinal herbs contributes to the project's dual purpose—creating a healthy functional beverage for consumers while promoting the well-being of farmers and the environment.
