About

The purpose of the present research work is to synthesize functional organosilicone via hydrolyzation reactions ensuing the incorporation of conducting polymer, nanomaterials to enhance its adhesive properties and to optimize the overall reaction condition to secure high yield of the derived products. The organosilanes will be employed further to develop other technologically useful materials such as universal compatabilizer for blending organic esters/mineral oil lubricants with silicones, inorganic lubricants, resin matrix for high thermo-oxidative stable composites and membranes etc. As evident from the rigorous literature survey, to prepare functional organosilicone derivatives as lubricants, membranes and resin matrix etc. only multistep synthesis process could yield the desired products. This synthetic procedure involves the synthesis of reactive organosilanes and silicones, which, in turn, is expected to afford conveniently by the hydrosilylation and hydrolysis reactions
